Description: Â On-Site Coordinator for Summer School Lit Camp
Responsibilities:
As the On-Site Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Summer School Lit Camp. Your responsibilities will include:
1. **Material Management:** You will be responsible for overseeing the organization and distribution of all materials necessary for the Lit Camp, including books, teaching aids, and other resources. This entails ensuring that materials are readily available to both staff and students as needed.
2. **Teacher Support:** You will serve as a primary point of contact and support for the teaching staff during the Lit Camp. This involves providing assistance addressing any logistical issues that may arise, and offering guidance and encouragement to ensure that teachers feel supported in their roles.
3. **Student Support:** You will also be responsible for providing support to students participating in the Lit Camp. This may involve assisting with classroom activities, providing additional help to students who may be struggling with the material, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
4. **On-Site Liaison:** As the On-Site Coordinator, you will act as a liaison between the Summer School administration, staff, and students. You will be responsible for communicating important information, addressing any concerns or questions that arise, and ensuring that the Summer School Lit Camp runs smoothly from start to finish.
