Today, the Minnesota Office of Higher Education identifies teacher shortages in 77 special and general education areas. Shortfalls in available daily substitute teachers are even more challenging for many schools.

Founding School Partners

Minnesota School Jobs (mnschooljobs.org) started in 2019 under the name Educate Minnesota (educatemn.org) with the help of thirteen school organizations. Over 300 Minnesota districts, charters, and other education agencies now participate with active job postings and participation in virtual job fairs.
