Description
The East Grand Forks Public School District is seeking applicants for Short-Notice, On-Call substitute teachers for immediate employment.
The primary responsibiilty of the position would be to lead the classroom in the absences of the licensed teacher using their sub notes.
The Qualifications are as follows:
Either
1. Hold a current and valid Minnesota Teaching license;
Or,
2. Hold a Two-Year, Short-Call Substitute license issued by the Minnesota Department of Education, available to applicants who have a bachelor’s degree in a field other than education.
Compensation: $145/day
East Grand Forks, MN is a city with a population of approximately 8,500 and located in the heart of the Red River Valley in Northwest Minnesota. It borders Grand Forks, ND and is very close to the University of North Dakota and Northland Community and Technical College. The district’s K-12 enrollment is approximately 1900 students and there are four separate school buildings housing grades K-2, 3-5, 6-8 and 9-12.
