Position Title: Spanish Immersion Teacher
Primary Location: Winona Middle School
Assignment Specifications: 1.0fte; 184 Days; 2024-25 School Year

Exempt Status: Exempt
 
Responsibilities: Successful candidates will teach academic content to classroom students through Spanish immersion. As a Spanish Immersion Teacher you must possess native or near native fluency in Spanish; teach elementary grade literature, writing and other core subjects to immersion students; establish individual performance goals; have good student management skills; work with other Immersion team members and administration.
 
Qualifications: Qualified candidates will hold or be eligible to hold a K-12 Spanish License; 5-8 or 5-12 Social Studies license; and a K-6 or 1-6 Elementary Education license issued by the Minnesota Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board.
