Description: Seeking a full-time High School Special Education Teacher 

This person is responsible for planning instruction and/or adaptation of the education program to enable students to benefit from educational experiences and meet academic, behavioral, and social goals.  The needs of this position require flexibility with students, guardians, and staff as well as organizational skills with attention to detail to assess student achievement, document plans, progress, and goals.  The high school special education teacher will communicate and collaborate with paras, outside agencies, and teachers to plan curriculum, lessons, and monitor the progress of each student’s specialized needs. 

 

Qualifications Required:  Current MN teaching degree with special education endorsements. We are willing to work with the right candidate using the state's Tiered Licensing system.
