Health Associate – Parochial School Trinity

Job Summary: The Health Associate is responsible for managing day-to-day health services operations at Parochial School, Trinity Lutheran, providing skilled nursing services, administration of routine medical and specialized health procedures, medication administration and management, maintenance of health records, evaluation, health screening services, and health education.  

Work Schedule:  Mondays and Wednesdays – 12 hours per week (days and times to be determined upon hire)

Qualifications: LPN or RN license issued by the Minnesota Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB) is preferred. Prior experience in pediatrics, school nursing, generalized nursing, triage and/or public or mental health is preferred. First Aid and CPR certification preferred. 

Salary:  Pursuant to the Educational Support Professionals’ Collective Bargaining Agreement, this is a Grade 12 position with an hourly pay rate based on experience.  

Position Start Date: August 2024
