Special Education Teacher – Early Childhood
Location:  Oak Ridge Early Learning Center
Sartell-St. Stephen School District

1.0 FTE
Position starts:  24-25 school year

Job Summary:
Responsible for providing education to students so that intellectual, emotional, developmental and social needs are met according to the district and state standards, that will foster life-long learning and good citizenship.

Required Qualifications, Education and Experience:

  • Minnesota Teaching Licensure in Special Education
  • Team oriented approach when working with students, colleagues, parents and administrators

Preferred Qualifications, Education and Experience:

  • Minnesota Teaching Licensure in Early Childhood Special Education
  • Embraces early childhood philosophy of educating the whole child (academic, social, emotional and cognitive)
  • Knowledge of best practices in Early Childhood Special Education programming and documentation

Reports to:  Julia Bjerke, Principal
