Dean of Students

Under the supervision of the building principal, the Dean of Students will provide student social, emotional, behavioral and/or academic support while promoting a positive school climate and culture. This position will work with students, staff, and families to create proactive support systems for our students, including by not limited to academic and behavior success, attendance guidelines, as well as support various discipline situations and work in collaboration with the District Office lead administrator when principal is not present.  Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills to facilitate connection and sharing of thoughts and ideas in multiple formats with diverse audiences. Ability to reason, interpret, and analyze information to generate new knowledge and understanding. Seeking an individual who is solution driven and resilient when faced with challenges, and skilled in planning and organization.
