Counselor | 9-12 | Saints Academy and Saints Online – St. Francis Learning Center

Supervisor of Position:  Alternative Education Program Supervisor

Qualifications:  Minnesota Department of Education license in Secondary Counseling

Summary of Duties:  

• Assist students with career pathways development.  
• Understand how to assist student with mental health. 
• Counsel students in groups or individually.
• Commitment to the Saints Academy PLC process.
• Assist in scheduling and monitoring of student schedules, progress towards graduation, and other required documents for Area Learning Centers. 
• Make connections with students and staff.
• Proven skill in forming, building, and maintaining positive relationships with students, families and staff.

All the above duties apply to both Saints Academy (ALC), and Saints Online (K-12 Online High School) programming.
