Staples-Motley School District is located in beautiful central Minnesota, with the lakes at your
fingertips and the great outdoors in your backyard. We have the privilege of serving about 900
students and their families. Each day, our focus is on our four “Cardinal Commitments” of
Student Experience, Operations, Value, and Climate & Culture, a foundational part of our
Continuous Improvement Plan that guides our district each day.
Location: Staples-Motley Middle/High School
Contract time: 1.0 FTE (180 days)
Salary & Benefits: Per the Master Contract, plus up to $1,500 available Q-comp compensation. Position includes duties as FFA Advisor for additional compensation
Start Date: August 2024

Licensure
● MN License in Agriculture Education
● Teacher Coordinator Work-Based Learning license is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
● Strong Leadership Skills
● Strong Classroom Management Skills
● Self – Directed with a passion for Student Success
● Knowledgeable in the areas of Forestry, Wildlife and Agriculture Management
