Full Time Temporary Position
Immediate Opening though June 7th, 2024

License & Experience:

  • Deaf or Head of Hearing license in the State of Minnesota
  • Knowledge and experience working with students with DHH needs.
  • Experience working with elmentary students and families

Essential Skills:

  • Must be able to assure and implement state and federal laws, statutes, rules and regulations pertaining to special education
  • Team oriented approach when working with students, colleagues, families, and administrators
  • Effective communication and teaming skills, both verbally and in writing, with students, parents, teachers, administrators, community and staff
  • Establishes a culture for learning by supporting the mission, beliefs and the strategic plan of the district
  • Inspires and engages all students in relevant learning
  • Maintain confidentiality of information about students, staff and families
  • Experience working with diverse students and families – experience/training with CLR (Culturally Linguistically Responsive) methods preferred
