Summer Licensed Enrichment Instructors
**Targeted Services positions are open to current employees of BHM Schools only until 03/15/2024.  Please wait to apply until after 03/15/2024 if you are not presently working in this unit at BHM School District.** 

Position:        Summer Licensed Enrichment Instructors
Hours:            M-TH / M-Th 8:15AM – 11:45AM (80 hours total)
Location:        Community Education – Buffalo Community Middle School
Dates:             June 17, 2024 – Aug. 1, 2024
Rate of Pay:   Per Teacher’s Master Agreement, Schedule D
Licensure:      MN Teaching License
Application Deadline:    03/15/2024 or Until Filled.  After 03/15/2024 if we do not have enough internal applicants, we will open the posting to our active substitutes and external candidates to apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan and deliver daily enrichment lessons for up to 20 students 
  • Create a safe, respectful youth development-based learning environment.
  • Develop creative and engaging projects to enhance students’ learning. 
  • Manage behavior and resolve conflicts between students. 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • MN Teaching License 
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Desire and ability to work with children 
  • Work as a team member with other adults
