Substitute Teachers

The Austin Public School District is seeking to hire substitute teachers.

This is on call as needed in the absence of the contracted certified teacher.  Applications will be accepted throughout the year, and assignment lengths will vary.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have an Educator License or Short Call Substitute Teaching license from the Professional Educators Licensing and Standards Board.  You can review requirements and apply for a short call sub license at https://mn.gov/pelsb/aspiring-educators/apply/

Substitute Teacher Daily rate of pay is: $120.00
