Shakopee Public Schools is searching for stellar Speech/Language Pathologists (1.0 FTE) to join the Shakopee Public Schools Special Education team for the 2024-2025 school year. Join an amazing team of educators making a huge difference in the lives of their students and the Shakopee community. 

Job Summary:
The Speech/Language Pathologist is to evaluate for speech/language disorders; write evaluation reports; develop IEPs; deliver direct and indirect speech/language services; monitor and document student progress; and collaborate with families and other staff.

Qualifications:

  • Valid MN Speech/Language Pathologist teaching license
  • Previous experience preferred
  • Experience with multiple instructional designs and differentiated instruction
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Ability to build successful relationships with students, parents and staff

Working Conditions: 
Classroom, office, lifting, sitting, standing, pushing, pulling, keyboarding, etc.
