Special Education Teacher Transition (18-22)

Required Licensure:
   Current MN Teaching License: Work Based Learning Licensed preferred

Experience: 

• Experience with Transition and School-Age Students with Disabilities
• Ability to work successfully with students and adults of various economic, racial, and cultural backgrounds
• Knowledge of social education procedures

                                   
Major Responsibilities: 

• Work with student individually and in groups
• Assist with collaboration among teachers, students, families and community to meet education needs
• Provide case management services
• Conduct assessments
