Description:  Roseville Area Schools has a vacancy for a Special Education Teacher in Setting I/II at Parkview Center School. This is a 1.0 FTE position starting August 26, 2024.
 
Job Summary: An Elementary Teacher is responsible for teaching fundamental subjects to children with duties including creating lesson plans, grading homework and tests while providing Special Education services to students in Setting I/II. Elementary Teachers who work at Roseville Area Schools should have a knowledge of urban education and be willing to work with students that possess barriers to learning and connect them with district and community resources available. A Roseville Area Schools Elementary Teacher can interact effectively with persons from various cultural, ethnic, and socio-economic backgrounds and works effectively, cooperatively, and collaboratively with students, parents, school staff and administration.
 
Qualifications: A MN Teaching License in Special Education is required.

Compensation: Minimum full year, full time starting salary is $49,171, plus a district contribution toward health and dental insurance.
