Job Title: Special Education Teacher (EBD site based Level III) – Stillwater Area Hgh School

Job Summary:  The successful candidate will implement curriculum and instruction to students in the program to assist them with social, emotional, and behavioral skills. The candidate will also work with students to engage in their general education course work as they are able. 

FTE/Hours per Day:  1.0 FTE – 192 days oer year

Qualifications:  

• An EBD licensure issued by the State of Minnesota

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated pattern of exceptional attendance
• Demonstrated pattern of working effectively and building positive relationships with colleagues and parents
• Demonstrated pattern of building positive relationships with students coupled with consistent and powerful teaching strategies. 
• Bachelors from an accredited college or university in education discipline applicable to teaching assignment.
• Masters Degree preferred.

Salary/Wage Information:   The salary range for a 1.0 FTE teaching position is $49,421 – $91,450.  A generous insurance plan is also included.  See attached terms and conditions of employment for more information.  The 24-25 CBA will be updated in the near future.
