Description
Description: Roseville Area Schools has a vacancy for a Special Education Paraprofessional in a Setting III STAR program at Parkview Center School to provide program support to elementary age students in a special education setting including supervisory lunch and recess. This position works 6.75 hours per day starting April 30, 2024.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent. Preference will be given to candidates who meet the standards for Highly Qualified Paraprofessionals. This includes 60 semester credits of study at an institution of higher education or an AA, AS, AAS (or higher) degree, or a passing score on the MN Para-Professional Test. Please attach proof of these criteria to your application.
Compensation: Starting salary range is $16.52 – $18.63 per hour. Paraprofessionals working in the STAR program will receive an additional $1.00 per hour. There is also an opportunity for an additional $2.00 per hour upon completion of Special Education training.
