Social Studies Teacher

Thief River Falls Public Schools has an opening for a Social Studies Teacher at Lincoln High School beginning in the 2024-2025 school year. Duties:

• Teach various Social Studies courses
• Develop, plan, and deliver instructional lessons & activities
• Assess students formally and informally to work toward mastery of subject
• Maintain proper records, communication, and planning
• Work collaboratively in departments and schoolwide learning communities

 
Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of the Minnesota K-12 Academic Standards in Social Studies
• Proper MN licensure (as defined by PELSB), or the credentials and willingness to obtain

 
Salary and Benefits:  Per Negotiated Contract
