Seasonal Lifeguard, Part Time

POSITION:
Seasonal Lifeguard, Part Time

LOCATION:
District Wide

HOURS PER DAY:
Must be able to work June – August, Monday-Thursday, approximately 20-25 hours/week.

DAILY SCHEDULE:
Morning and/or afternoon shifts between 8am-4:30pm 

DAYS PER YEAR:                
Summer (3 – Month)

RATE OF PAY:           
Pursuant to the Miscellaneous Wage Rates, Activities, Community Education, Interns, Substitutes Guidebook.
This position has an hourly rate of $20.05

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Current Red Cross Lifeguard Certification
• Current CPR/First Aid/AED Certifications
• Previous experience lifeguarding or supervising young children
• Community Ed will be offering a Lifeguard Certification course this spring and we will help qualified candidates complete this requirement if needed
