Description: Roseville Area Schools has a vacancy for a Replacement Credit Recovery Special Education Lead. Credit Recovery is scheduled for June 17 – July 19, 2024 (no school the week of 4th of July), Monday through Friday. 

The responsibilities of the Replacement Credit Recovery Special Education Lead are as follows:

  • Create preliminary class lists and provide list to Replacement Credit Recovery teacher.
  • Review student report to ensure student’s placement is accurate.
  • Provide student accommodation page and BIP to licensed staff in Credit Recovery.
  • In preparation for the set-up day meeting, identify and communicate the following procedures: transportation, student attendance, etc. 
  • Call families of students that are not present the first day to problem solve and remind families of Replacement Credit Recovery.
  • Collaborate with Credit Recovery administrator and counselor. 
  • Reports directly to Assistant Director of Student Services.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: A MN Teaching License in Special Education is required. At least 2 years experience in a leadership role.

Compensation: Hourly rate depending on experience and education. Current active employees will receive their hourly rate.
