- Interview #1: Structured screening interview of 51 questions after initial screening for qualifications
- Interview #2, week of May 6: Panel interview for up to 10 candidates
- The interview team will be representative of school and district staff
- Interview #3, week of May 13: Up to 3 candidates will participate in rotating interviews
- Interviews to include CMS students, CMS faculty leaders, CMS administration, and community members
- Interview #4, May 16: Final interview of up to 3 candidates with the Superintendent’s Cabinet
