What you will be doing:
This is a part time position as needed basis as the Performing Arts Center Supervisor at Simley High School.

• Provide sound and light system management for PAC facility users during their scheduled time. 
• Ensure proper use, maintenance, and security of PAC technical systems during the rental periods.
• Assess audience and customer needs and recommend solutions where possible.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisory personnel.
• Operate PAC sound and lighting systems for a variety of performance types.
• Work in a fast paced environment.
• Operate independently and effectively while following established procedures and protocols.
• Ability to anticipate and/or recognize problems and/or complications and to determine and implement practical corrective solutions.
• Effectively communicate with the community, supervisor and colleagues in a professional manner.
• Adhere to details on permits and while remaining flexible to accommodate unanticipated requests.
• Read and write at a level sufficient to successfully perform required job duties.

What you bring along:
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent
• Associates Degree preferred
• Experience operating, and knowledge of theatre system equipment (i.e.lights, sound equipment, and fly system).
• Experience working in a performing arts center.

Salary and benefit package:
• Hourly rate is $20.00
• Both staff and IGHS contribute 6.5% to a full-featured retirement plan, PERA.
