Peer Coach

Position Description: 
In this role we are looking for an exemplary teacher and instructional leader who will be responsible for coaching colleagues by modeling best practice strategies, conferencing, observing, evaluating, and providing substantive feedback.

Qualifications:
• Knowledge of a broad base of instructional strategies and practices that promote student learning
• Effective Communication skills
• Repeated participation in building and/or district initiatives
• Commitment to professional development and growth
• Minimum of seven years of teaching experience
• Must be willing to work on a modified schedule to include training in June and August
