Peer Coaching Term: 3 Years (25/26-27/28Â School Years)
Starting date: Fall 2025
Compensation Range:Â Â $48,949-Â $115,588 (Depending on Education and Experience)

Position Description:
Candidates selected to fill the role of Peer Coach at Wayzata Public Schools will be given the great responsibility of continuing our long standing commitment to academic excellence.  In this role we are looking for an exemplary teacher and instructional leader who will be responsible for coaching colleagues by modeling best practice strategies, conferencing, observing and providing substantive feedback.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of a broad base of instructional strategies and practices that promote student learning
- Effective Communication skills
- Repeated participation in building and/or district initiatives
- Commitment to professional development and growth
- Minimum of seven years of teaching experience
- Must be willing to work on a modified schedule to include training in June and August
