Job Title:  Occupational Therapist  Long Term Substitute – District Wide

Job Summary:  Under the general supervision of the Director of Pupil Services, to lead the process in the development, implementation, and coordination of the school district’s occupational therapy program for students with disabilities or physical/mental impairments by developing individualized programming based on occupational performance deficits activities of daily living, including personal care, interaction skills, community integration, work, and communication.

FTE/Hours per Day:  1.0 FTE, 192 days per year – One year only

Qualifications:  

  • State Certification to practice as evidenced by current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Initial certification by National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors from an accredited college or university in related field.
  • Graduation from an accredited program of occupational therapy recognized by NBCOT.

Salary/Wage Information:   The salary range for this position is $49,421 – $91,450.  A generous insurance plan is also included.  See attached terms and conditions of employment for more information.  The 24-25 CBA will be updated in the near future.
