Middle School Social Studies (.4 FTE)

General Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide knowledgable instruction around Minnesota and U.S. history standards and content
• Design and implement curriculum independently and interdependently
• Help to nurture and maintain a caring and supportive environment
• Understand and address the unique developmental needs of the middle school student.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff

Preferred Qualifications

• Middle school licensure
• Experience working with adolescents and pre-adoloscents
• Previous experience in a middle school setting

Compensation:  Per the Ed MN Teachers Master Contract
