Days/Hours: 260 days/year; 8.0 hrs/day (7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.)
Salary Range: $70,162 base salary (full 260 day year June – July, salary will be prorated)Â

Responsible To: Director of Buildings and Grounds
Position Purpose:Â Coordination of Health & Safety duties; B&G leave/absence scheduling; Management of grounds and small buildings; Â creating/updating/managing databases and software associated with B&G; budget prep/analysis;procurement.
Qualifictions:
- Knowledge and understanding of Federal, State and Local Health & Safety regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree with major in Science, Public Health or related field, or a comparable combination of training and experience.
- Strong communication skills including writing, speaking and listening.
- Three years’ experience as a Health & Safety Coordinator or equivalent position.
- Working knowledge of Skyward Finance Software.
- Experience in oversight of work direction and workflow management.
- Experience in a K-12 school setting desired.
- Experience using computer databases, spreadsheets, and word processing programs.
- Experience in construction project management desired.

Benefits of Employment as of July 1, 2022: Eligible for benefits as negotiated between Professional and Technical Group and District 112. This position is not eligible for overtime and comp time.
