Job Title:  Little Falcons Lead Coaches

Job Description: Little Falcons seeks to provide the opportunity for Faribault’s elementary school students to gain experience with different sports and activities, in hopes of sparking an interest in future involvement.  The Little Falcons Lead Coaches will run youth sports and activity introductory clinics.  The coaches will plan and lead programming, supervise assistant coaches, and assist with set-up/teardown.  Little Falcons will run twice per week afterschool for nine weeks (three week cycles for each sport at each elementary school).  Programming times are generally 3:00-4:30, with set-up and teardown time before and after.

This grant-funded position will pay $20.92/hour.  Coaches will typically work two afternoons per week (Mondays and Wednesdays), 1.5 hours/day, for the 9-week sessions.  Select sports may have evening times.

Qualifications: Previous experience coaching youth in select sports and activities. Positive, energetic attitude.  Experience working with diverse populations.
