Licensed Practical Nurse

• Administer first aid to sick or injured;
• Update student health records, maintain student health logs, medication records, permission slips, or other required forms;
• Prepare and maintain accident/injury reports;
• Schedule and participate in student screening;
• Administers medication with approval and under prescribed procedure of parent, physician or school nurse;
• Communicate with parents regarding health needs;
• Perform clerical and other duties as assigned.

 
Qualifications:

• LPN license and CPR/First Aid Training
• Prior experience in a similar setting preferred
