Summary
Description
The Kids Korner Site Lead is responsible for all aspects operating childcare center including curriculum development, social emotional curriculum, enrichment planning, and supervising childcare staff.  Shifts will be scheduled within operating hours with occasional evening and weekend training or activities. This is a year-round position. A minimum of 2 years post-seconadary education and a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a related field required. Must be able to pass a Federal Background Study.  Starting wage: $14.50per hour. Benefit package included. Hours and location may vary based on school year operation.Free Kids Korner Childcare for employees!  Attendance Stipend Available!!
Job Duties:
- planning, preparation and implement daily activities
- provide care and supervision to children
- ensure site is properly maintained
- develop positive communication with all parents, students, and Kids Korner staff
- maintain necessary records
- supervise support staff
- monitor and closely follow all State and Federal guidelines
- Promote Austin Public Schools in a professional manner at all times
