Summary
Description
The Kids Korner program is located in elementary buildings, Woodson Kindergarten Center, and the Community Learning Center. Hours are approximately 6:15am-8:30am and 1:30pm-5:15 pm Monday-Friday. Field trips, outdoor games, and enrichment activities are an integral part of the program. The program is a fast-paced, highly energetic, and continually changing and moving program. Hours will vary depending on enrollment numbers and activities scheduled. HIghs School diploma or GED is required. Wage: $12.50 per hour. ***Position location and hours may vary due to school district operation for school year. Guaranteed spot and FREE childcare for Kids Korner employees during working hours.
Job Duties:
- assist in planning, preparation, and implementation of daily activities
- provide care and supervision for children
- assist in maintaining site order
- follow all program rules to ensure safety of children
- ability to follow specialized behavioral plans
- ability to participate in a variety of physical activities
- ability to work with children with disabilities
