Compensation: 

Continued success and growth has AHS Cheerleading Coaches hiring a Head Coaching position for our JV sideline program. 

Candidates must be team players, enthusiastic and passionate. 

The ideal candidate would have cheerleading, dance or gymnastics experience (not required) and be willing to dedicate 1 to 2 afternoons/evenings a week for practices and some Mondays for football games. 

The current coaching staff is looking for someone who can answer “Yes!” to these questions:
• Do you have Cheer, Dance, or Gymnastics experience?
• Do you enjoy working with student athletes, ages 12-18?
• Do you have a reliable transportation?
• Are you enthusiastic?
• Do you want to make a difference in the lives of youth?
• Are you organized, and passionate?
• Do you have a leadership mindset?

Must be able to pass background check.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize various projects and deadlines.
Experience with coaching students is a plus! 

Coaching responsibilities include practice preparations, coaching students, and basic record-keeping. There will also be occasional meetings, clinics, and fundraisers.
