Description
Forest Lake Area Schools is seeking a Medical Careers teacher for the upcoming school year. The program serves students in grades 9-12 at the High School. The program offers an “Exploring Medical Careers” class, along with a number of courses that are concurrently offered through Pine Technical College which include: medical dosages, medical terminology, and pharmacology. The program also offers a CNA certification through the “Nursing Assistant Comprehensive” class, and EMR class/certification, and EMT class/certification.Â
Canidates are required to hold or be eligible to hold a current Medical Careers license (function code 300300 or equivalent) in Minnesota.
