Grade 3 Teacher, Tiger Elementary – Hutchinson, Mn

Hutchinson Public Schools is seeking a full-time Grade 3 Teacher at Tiger Elementary School beginning with the 2024-2025 school year and beyond. Candidates should be appropriately licensed/certified as a teacher through the State of Minnesota or eligible for tiered licensure. Candidates possessing multiple licenses, certifications, and/or endorsements are always preferred but not mandatory.

Tiger Elementary School serves students in second and third grade. Our exceptional staff provides our students with consistent, research-based instruction tailored to their unique needs. Grade-level teams collaborate with specialists in music, physical education, STREAM, and art, as well as enrichment, special education, and Title 1, to create a well-rounded program for all levels of learners. This position may be eligible for a hiring incentive payment of up to $2,000 during the first year of employment, a retention incentive payment of up to $1,000 during the second year of employment, a retention incentive payment of up to $1,000 during the third year of employment, and a retention incentive payment of up to $2,000 during the sixth year of employment.
