GIRLS VOLLEYBALL HEAD COACH
This coaching position will fulfill the responsibilities of a Head Coach following the Minnesota State High School League guidelines for a volleyball program and under the Perham-Dent District’s program values as directed by the Activities Director. The successful candidate will demonstrate their ability to connect, motivate and support participants and assistant coaches throughout the program, as well as the ability to provide knowledge of fundamentals and skill development in all levels of the program.
All coaches and advisors will be expected to be current on any and all certifications and Continuing Education Requirements (CER’s) of the Minnesota State High School League. CER’s are managed through the Activities Department and are not a prerequisite.
All coaching and advising positions in the district are on one-year Notice of Assignments.
Employment in the Perham-Dent School District is preferred, but is not a requirement.
