Delta Academy of Technology and Innovation (formerly Irrawaddy Academy) is a new charter school authorized to open in Fall 2025 in the heart of St. Paul, MN. Our mission is to develop all students for academic and life success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Instruction: Teach a range of subjects (e.g., math, science, language arts, social studies) to students at their respective grade levels.
- Differentiation: Tailor lessons to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities, ensuring all students are challenged and supported.
- Assessment: Use formative assessments to monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, respectful, and productive classroom environment that encourages active participation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other teachers, support staff, and parents to support student success and development.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification for the relevant grade level.
- Experience in teaching diverse groups of students and adapting to individual learning needs.
