Fusion Site Lead

 Class V- ranging from $17.89-$24.27 per hour

Hours:

•  6 hours per day
• 170 days per year based on school year calendar

Required Experience:

• Experience coordinating a variety of after school programs including budgets and staff supervision.
• Experience collaborating with school staff and community partners.
• Experience with middle school youth.

Responsibilities:
This position will support after school programming under the Targeted Services Program Coordinator.

1. Provide direct supervision and support to program staff
2. Plan activities and provide leadership in the development, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of programming
3. Collaborate with program coordinator and building administration and staff
4. Support school day systems and serve as a member of the site PBIS team
5. Support quality and the expansion of programming to ensure financial sustainability
6. Support Galaxy records including program attendance and other reported data
