Family Resource Coach – Early Childhood

The North Branch Area Education Center is excited to announce an opening for a full-time Family Resource Coach starting in the 2024-2025 school year. As a Family Resource Coach, you will play a crucial role in supporting families within the school, home, or care settings. Your responsibilities will include observing, modeling, and assisting in establishing structures that empower children to thrive in various environments. We are looking for an ideal candidate who is empathetic, well-versed at providing tailored skill-building support to meet each family’s unique needs, aware of available resources in the community, and skilled at fostering trusting relationships. Education/licensure required: Bachelor’s degree in field related to education, human services, social work, or mental health with a MN Dept of Human Services Credentials, MN Teaching Licensure or willingness to pursue in the future

Salary: $33.13 – $51.82 per hour, depending upon qualifications and experience (Early Childhood Teacher Salary Schedule)
 

Starting Date: 2024-2025 School Year
