Entry Level Administrative Support

Adult Basic Education (ABE) is seeking applications for an Entry Level Administrative Support employee. This person will assist with administrative requests, provide secretarial and receptionist duties, assist with scheduling, supervising/monitoring of computer lab and various other concerns as directed by Senior Administrative Support.

Required Qualifications: 

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Knowledge of working a PC desktop computer
3. Ability to perform a single 10 pound lift
4. Ability to do basic mathematical equations
5. Hold a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
6. Ability to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications: 

1. A level of understanding of the variety of services delivered through Adult Education
2. Database experience
3. Experience working in an office setting
4. Ability to work with diverse populations

Salary/Contract:  Starting at $16.00 per hour and up dependent upon education, qualifications and experience. Variable hours from 26 – 28 hours/week.
