Position:  Elementary Teacher – 1.0 FTE

Location: District Wide 
 

Salary:  Per the 2021-2023 Teachers’ Master Agreement 

Qualifications:

• Minnesota Elementary Education License (K-6);
• Exceptional classroom management skills.
• Ability to develop strong and trusting relationships with our youngest learners.
• Ability to develop a safe classroom community.
• Love of environmental education.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, parents, staff, administration and the general public.
• Knowledgeable regarding relevant learning technology and proficient in its use.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing;.
• Experience and proficiency in the implementation of current best practices in instruction and learning.
• Spanish-speaking candidates preferred.
