1.0 Teacher – Grade 6 – Science/Social Studies Focus

C.E. Jacobson Elementary is looking for a full-time 6th Grade Elementary Teacher with a focus in science and social studies for the 2024-2025 school year.  Our fifth and sixth grade students function in a middle-school-style model and this teacher will spend 85% of their time teaching a specific content area as well as general instructional support for all content areas.

C.E. Jacobson Elementary School is a system of approximately 500 students that sustains a focus on individualized instruction, PBIS, MTSS, and growth mindset.

The ability to build relationships with students, colleagues, and the community will be imperative. The appropriate four-year degree with a license from the Minnesota Department of Education, which provides you the opportunity to teach 6th grade students, is necessary. Hours will be typical school days, aligned with the Teachers Master Contract. Salary is based upon experience/qualifications. These positions are open until filled.
