JOB ID: 4070 – EarlyVentures Assistant Teacher, EarlyVentures Teacher, or Site Assistant – Full and Part-time positions at the NCEC beginning 8/24/2023.
Scheduled Hours/days: 10-40 hours/week depending on position; Hours will vary between 6:30 am-5:30 pm.
Qualifications Required: These EarlyVentures positions encompass EarlyVentures Teacher, EarlyVentures Assistant Teacher, and EarlyVentures Site Assistant. Staff will be classified as “Teacher,” “Assistant Teacher, or “Assistant” based on DHS’s Rule 3 guidelines. Duties: Supervising infant, toddler, and pre-school age children; creating and implementing meaningful age-appropriate activities; and working as a team to create a safe, nurturing, and high-quality learning environment for all students. Preference will be given to applicants that have experience working in a childcare center licensed by the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
