Position Purpose
Under the general supervision of the School Principal, teachers will be responsible for developing lesson plans, conducting classroom instruction, evaluating and assessing both instructional material and student performance, communicating student progress with parents/guardians and reporting student performance for local and state records.  The position will be based on licensure, skills or interests.  

Qualifications
Applicants will need to meet only one (1) of the following criteria:

1. Bachelor’s Degree and 3-5 year’s experience in any of the following areas: Agriculture, Horticulture and Landscaping, Forestry, Food and/or Culinary, Housing and Design, Families and Interpersonal Relationships, technology education. 
     OR 
2. Ability to obtain a MN teaching license issued by the Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) in one of the following areas: Family and Consumer Sciences, Business Education, Agriculture Education, or Career & Technical Education (CTE) by the start of the contract year 2024-2025. 
     OR
3. MN teaching license issued by the Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) in one of the following areas: Family and Consumer Sciences, Business Education, Agriculture Education, or Career & Technical Education (CTE) (preferred but not required) 

1.0 FTE

Salary based on Master Teacher Agreement
