Position Summary: 
Under the direction of the Director of Technology, the Central Enrollment Specialist provides district wide support for student registration, data extracts and reporting and serves as a member of the Technology Department’s technical support team. The Central Enrollment Specialist is responsible for determining enrollment eligibility and welcoming and guiding families through enrollment documentation, addressing inquiries, processing applications, and maintaining communication with internal stakeholders. Additionally, this position will provide support for various modules and processes within our Student Information System (Infinite Campus), including census updates, special education (SpED) updates, report requests and related work as apparent or assigned.   

Position Requirements: 
Minimum education required to perform adequately in position is a High School Diploma; associate degree or two-year technical certificate in business management, accounting or related field preferred and a minimum of 2 years directly related experience or an equivalent combination of education/experience necessary to perform the requirements of the work. Demonstrated proficiency with software programs, particularly Student Information Systems.

Maintain compliance with all protocols related to data privacy.  Ability to perform duties with an awareness of all district requirements and Board of Education policies. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates, the School Board, parents, elected officials, students, staff, superintendent and the general public.  Consistent and reliable .  

Schedule:
52 weeks per year / 5 days per week / 8 hours per day / 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Classification / Pay Rate:
B-3-2 / $25.91 per hour
