Job Summary
The Junior Varsity (JV) Coach at Hiawatha Academies is responsible for leading and managing the junior varsity level of the school’s athletic program, focusing on skill development, team cohesion, and preparing student-athletes for potential varsity competition. This position works closely with the Head Coach and Assistant Coach to ensure continuity in coaching philosophy and program development while providing a positive and enriching experience for student-athletes. The JV Coach plays a critical role in fostering a love for the sport, promoting teamwork, and preparing student-athletes to succeed both on and off the field
