Assistant Coach – Boys Varsity Soccer

Season Dates: August 12, 2025 – November 1, 2025

Duties:
Work in partnership with the varsity head coach to oversee all aspects of the Centennial High School Boys’ Soccer program including but not limited to setting up practices, games, and schedules for the program; supervision of athletes at practices and games; care and maintenance of program equipment; arranging team transportation; willingness to work in collaboration with the Centennial Youth Soccer Association and the Centennial Boys Soccer Booster Club, and schedule regular meetings with other coaches in the program to evaluate goals of the overall program. Must be able to adjust work schedule for practices and games.

Preferences:
A BA/BS Degree and MN Teacher License with coaching certificate highly preferred.

Qualifications:
A strong background in high school, collegiate, and/or club soccer as a player and coach is required. Strong work ethic and dedication to furthering the benefits of participation in co-curricular activities. Leadership skills including but not limited to organization, vision, motivation, and conflict resolution. Ability to work collaboratively with student athletes, parents, staff, and community.

Salary:
Compensation in accordance with Centennial Schools Teacher Contract – Schedule B
