Qualifications:
Lifeguard certification, CPR and First Aid required or obtained in the first 4 months of employment
Strong communication skills
Experience managing students, adults and staff, ability to work effectively on a team, and ability to develop positive relationships with families and their children
Purpose:
The Aquatics Activities Lead is responsible for implementing our Junior/Senior Seadogs and Master Seadogs programming.
Responsibilities:
Under the guidance of the Community Services Coordinator, the Aquatics Coach is responsible for the planning and implementation of our Junior/Senior Seadogs and Master Seadogs programming. The Aquatics Activities Lead is expected to hold certifications in order to lead and supervise the programming..
Employment Dates:Â 12 months a year
Up to 10 hours per week (hours and days vary as needed)
Salary: $23.37-$28.15, depending on experience
