Terms of Employment: School year + 20 Hrs. & Summer 30+ 

Hours per week: 30+ (Summer hours)

Qualifications: Clerical experience, computer skills, organizational skills. Experience working with students aged preschool- 5th grade. Self-starter who can problem solve.

Position Objectives: The Raider Care Supervisor supervises all aspects of the after-school care and summer camp program’s daily operations. Tasks consist of mentoring and collaborating with the Program Group Leader(s)/Group Assistant(s) to create a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for all children at all times. The Supervisor is responsible for day-to-day operations, such as maintaining accurate records, ensuring implementation of supervision policies, guiding the conduct of children, planning, and delivering activities, and supervising staff.

Specific Responsibilities:

1. Maintain records of student information, fees, and attendance

2. Prepare and collect all enrollment, medical, emergency, and waiver forms and input information into a program management system.

3. Record days and hours of student attendance.

4. Prepare purchase requisitions when needed.

5. Plan student activities, snacks, and study time.

6. Supervise students.

7. Maintain After School room and storage.

8. Work with the Food Service Director to stay in compliance with State snack rules.

9. Perform other duties as assigned.
