Teachers at LMSS also have the opportunity to serve on the school’s Board of Directors and other committees.
Base pay begins at $35,000/year and includes tuition reimbursement for Montessori training up to $20,000. Upon Montessori certification, base pay is increased per policy guidelines.
Qualifications
Candidates will hold a Minnesota Teaching License in Secondary Science. Preferred candidates will be Montessori certified and have experience in leadership, equity, and curriculum design.
